Try if you like, but I came back to post that if you get overcooked grains just add maple sugar, milk and food process it up. and then I added blueberries and sunflower seeds with a stream of maple syrup at the end.. What a delish breakfast.. in every bite. Ill add it to my list of things to experiment with , I stuff duckling with buckweat, i mix buckweat with spices i like , diced onions, grated carrots and stuff the duck with it. This lasagna boast lots of veggies, and lower carbs. In Ukrainian, the word kasha means a porridge made from boiled buckwheat or other grains.
